When I first went outside, I pulled some ivy from under the fir trees, than after the grass dried I mowed the front lawn. I was going to work out in the back yard pulling weeds, but I realized that the front lawn had not had any edging done to it other than the driveway, that I did the other day.
So I weeded and edged the garden and then the eastern border and than around the walnut tree. After I did that I decided to that I needed to cut and pull the ivy off the one walnut tree where it had really taken over.
It took probably an hour or so, but I cut and pulled down all the ivy from about five feet and up. My next project will be to finish pulling it off and work on the west side of the driveway to rid it of the ivy that has pretty taken over that area.
I did transplant a rhododendron that I started by placing dirt on one of the lower branches and it rooted itself. I also transplanted a couple bachelor button plants to the west side of the driveway.
By the time I got done it was 1545 so I had been out there about five hours, I did not feel overly tired, but I definitely knew that I was rapidly running out of energy. So I cleaned up and sat down in my chair where I dozed for a little bit.
Kathleen heated up the halibut fish and chips from the restaurant yesterday. She heated it up in our convection oven so the fries did not get soggy and the halibut stayed nice and crisp as well.
Well, I think that I have pretty much covered my day today. Over-all I do feel much better; I just do not have a lot of energy or residual endurance to get a lot done. With that said, I will just say good night.

Turn-about Thursday
Wow, what a difference a day makes! As nasty as the last couple of day have been today was completely on the other side of the weather spectrum. After eating and reading the paper and mail I spent most of the rest of the day outside.
