Windy Wednesday

It was another dry morning when I got up about 0730. Kathleen was up already, she still was not feeling well, and she thought that she had a bladder infection. I made myself some cereal and toast again this morning.

The mail came while I was still eating breakfast; I had a late breakfast this morning. I think it was about 0930 before I decided to make myself something to eat. There was more junk mail today; I do not think that there was anything other than a magazine that did not go into the recycling bag.

Kathleen called the doctor's off and waited for quite a while to get a call back. When they finally called back, they also called in a prescription for her, so about 1145 I left to go to Fred Meyer to pick it up. I was not ready when I got there so I wandered around for twenty minutes or so and tried it again.

This time it was ready, so after paying for it I headed for home. It was just starting to get stormy when I was driving home. There was a little stronger wind than normal, earlier in the day, but now it was starting to get a little stronger.

As I was walking from the car to the front door, I could see the fir trees swaying in the wind. Right now, we have a high wind warning and now they are saying that it may be worse than last Sunday's storm. It still has not really started to rain; it has spit a little but not really any rain.

I made myself a limburger and onion sandwich; I picked up the onion while I was wandering in Fred Meyer waiting for the prescription to be filled. Then this afternoon I sliced up a couple sticks of carrot and celery for a mid afternoon snack.

Well, I think that I will cook up the turkey Polska Kielbasa that Kathleen bought last week, it will give me an excuses for me to have the sauerkraut that Alyssa gave us that was left over from her Oktoberfest. Kathleen does not feel like having much of anything, but would like something warm.

I think that it I will just say my good night now, as I do not think that there is going to be anything exciting happening tonight.

I am so glad you could get my pills for me and that I didn't have to go to the Dr first. This business of not feeling good is so tiresome - as is the trip to the Girls' Room every 15 minutes. I just hope the antibiotics kick in soon.
